Q. What happens next after my session?

A. Following your session you will sit with Jillian and review your proof gallery. You will select a collection option and can at this time place a print order or wait for your final images to be delivered before ordering products.

Q. Can I purchase additional images?

A. Yes!

Q. Can I purchase unedited images?

A. No. (no exceptions will be made to this policy)

Q. How long will it be until I receive my edits?

A. You can expect to receive your edits 3-8 weeks from the date that you have completed your selection.

If completed before that time frame, images will be delivered sooner.  Please refrain from messaging me to inquire about the progress of editing before the time frame that has been given is met.  When multiple clients a day message to check in, it takes away from editing time when I am stopping to respond to these messages.

Fine art editing is timely and done by hand. To provide you with the best quality possible, I am unable to rush this process.

Please be sure do download your images within 7 days of receiving the link. The link will only remain active for 7 days and then auto expire. If you do not download your images and request they be resent, there will be a $25 fee to reupload and send them again.

Q. What is the correct address for my session?

A. ALWAYS use the address provided by Jillian when booking. Square appointment reminders will always default to my studio address.

Please note, the farm is private property. You may not enter this property without permission first. Please do not arrive to your appointment excessively early and walk around freely. I do understand you may have traveled from further away. I ask that you wait either in your vehicle or near by. DO NOT APPROACH THE HORSES WITHOUT ME.

Q. I didn’t download my images, can I still get copies of them?

A. Yes.

If you did not download your images within 7 days of the link being sent the link will auto expire and you will be unable to download the images. If you fail to download your edits and request they be reuploaded and sent again there will be a $25 fee to unarchive and send the images again.

Q. Can I download my proof gallery?

A. No. Downloading or taking screenshots of your proof gallery is prohibited and is considered theft of intellectual property.
